F41: Level 3- Another Perspective
Course Description
F41: A Forgiveness Intensive for 41 Days’, is a life-changing forgiveness journey where you will be able to process and release emotions at the Intra-personal, Inter-personal and Trans-generational levels.
This is Level 3 of the F41 Program, only available to participants who have completed the entire F41 program multiple times. If you have not yet experienced the F41 program, please click here to join the course.
Time Commitment:
1 hour 30 minutes each day.

About Dr. GL Sampoorna
Dr. G. L. Sampoorna is a senior psychologist with a Ph.D in the area of Forgiveness. She is a pioneer in forgiveness research and work in India with landmark contributions to the field. She is the founder of Rathna Center for Conscious Living, a center for psychological growth and wellbeing, in Chennai.
